We have a sole-source document that many of our customers have found useful for moving a request through the bidding process efficiently. Your Account Manager would be happy to share this document with you during order processing.

I have special requirements for the application of this product. Do you have a department that can work with me on needs assessment?

Our Account Managers are specially trained to work with you on a one-to-one basis to help you clarify your needs and ensure you receive the appropriate level of protection needed for your threat level. Many of our managers also have specific military and/or law enforcement experience and will spend as much time as necessary with you to meet your requirements. The safety and security of your personnel is most important to us.
