Defenshield’s Mobile Defensive Fighting Positions (MDFP’s) have been deployed around the world and are saving the lives of a diverse range of customers including the US Marines, US Navy, US Air Force, the Pentagon Force Protection Agency, in courthouses, at military bases, and at nuclear facilities.

MDFP’s are stable, mature products that are deployed in a multitude of diverse locations such as ECPs at The Pentagon and MCB Quantico, VA; at the Marine Expeditionary Unit, Camp Pendleton, CA for dockside security while guarding USN ships in port; by II Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF), Camp Lejeune, NC & I MEF, Camp Pendleton, CA while deployed in Iraq; and at Nine Mile Nuclear Facility, Oswego, NY.

When deployed at an entry control point or mobile vehicle or personnel checkpoint, the MDFP provides 100% head-to-toe coverage for one or multiple soldiers, with bullet, blast, and fragmentation protection at the highest level available. For maximum protection from blast overpressure the device may be lagged or staked to any surface. This mobile, physical barrier not only mitigates or eliminates the ability of the attacking forces to harm soldiers, it also acts as the strongest deterrent against attack. Troops that are protected are able to return fire and can communicate details of the aggression to other units.
