Promotion Period: The Defenshield Shoot To Win Photo Contest ("The Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on September 26, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 1, 2009 ("Promotion Period").

How To Enter: No purchase necessary. During the Promotion Period, submit original photography of a Defenshield MDFP, Sand Bag Window, or Barrier Cap in use. Including people in the photo will greatly improve your chances of winning, and judging will be based on both photo quality (resolution) and content. Photos should be submitted to photocontest@defenshield.com, and entrant must provide name, rank, location, email address and phone number. Upon receipt of all required entry information, you will be automatically entered into the contest. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your Internet service provider will apply, and shall be the responsibility of the entrant. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 1, 2009, to be included in the photo contest. Limit one entry per photo. Entrants may submit multiple photos for judging. March Random Drawing: Winner will be selected after August 2, 2009, in a judged contest from among all eligible entries received. Judging will be conducted by Defenshield, Inc. ("Sponsor"), whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be selected at Defenshield, Inc.'s sole and absolute discretion. Odds of winning the prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email.

Prize: Grand Prize: (1) Savage Arms Precision Target Rifle, Model 12F/TR, with target AccuTrigger, and Nightforce Optics 12-42 x 56 NXS Scope. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the rifle is $1,193.00 and ARV of the scope is $1,925.00. Total Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $3,118.00. No substitution or transfer of prize by the winner is permitted. All federal, state and local taxes and eligibility restrictions are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Limit one prize per person. Delivery of the prize must be taken within the United States. Winner has 30 days from Defenshield's initial contact and prize notification to claim the prize.

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Defenshield, Inc., and any of its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries, respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses), Pinckney Hugo Group, LLC, any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

General Rules: Grand Prize winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, liability/publicity release (where legal) within seven (7) days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of a prize or prize notification may result in disqualification and, in the event of a disqualification, an alternate will be selected. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name, biographical information, pictures/portraits, likeness and/or voice, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion, or use of, or redemption of prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor is not responsible for late entries, technical hardware/software failures of any kind, lost/unavailable network connections, or failed/incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit a user's ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant guilty of fraud, misconduct or causing technical failures which destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined solely by Sponsor. In the event of disqualification, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from all eligible entries received prior to the time of disqualification. An attempt by an applicant to deliberately damage sponsor's web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal/civil laws, and should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such applicant to the fullest extent of the law. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted and any damage made to web site will be responsibility of same. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical/other error in printing of Offer/Sweepstakes administration/prize announcement or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this promotion.

Winners: The name of the winner will be available after August 2, 2009 at www.defenshield.com/photocontest.php.
